Following it's successful launch in 2012, The FoodieForum is back and is set, yet again to be a must for all lovers of Irish Food.
It is an interactive one day experience which will showcase the abundance and variety of food on offer in Ireland and in particular along the West Coast.
The day will include a series of Master classes with leading chefs and food & wine workshops by leading wine experts. The growing craft beer sector will also be featured and the buzzing indoor market is back again with an array of local producers displaying and selling their goods. This year will also feature a street food fair showcasing the growing trends in this area.
No food event is complete without a good debate so two round table discussions will also take place with a panel of leading experts discussing and debating a series of issues around G.M foods and "A sense of place" - the local food debate.
The evening will conclude with a banquet in the Cafe Foyer featuring the best the West has to offer - where guests will have the opportunity to taste the amazing produce on offer locally. This is a dining experience not to be missed.
